People Analytics Consultant, London, £55-65K

A leading business in Digital Media are looking to bring on a People Analytics Consultant to help support Analytics products and build out the function. (£55-65k)



A list of the main duties and expected outcomes of the role:

* A proven track record of both the technical design and implementation of leading-edge data integration, big data and analytics solutions
* Expertise and a proven track record with analytics and data integration products, including, BI Applications, Python, R, & SQL
* Assess existing capabilities, identify desired to-be state and develop roadmaps to both deliver rapid business performance improvement, and to sustainably enhance data & analytics capabilities
* Develop and automate centralised BI & Reports to drive standardisation of the operational excellent across EMEA & APAC Acting as internal consultant to HR Leadership team & Business leaders, with workforce data driven insights taken from statistical analyses and models from HR data sets to help understand and predict workforce behaviours
* Responsible for ensuring service change requests and issues are managed in good time and resolved consistently working with internal stakeholders to ensure these are implemented effectively.
* Summarise and provide graphical visualisations on key people metrics such as diversity, attrition, promotions, engagement and more.
* Lead on development of key algorithms around attrition, diversity, recruitment, culture, and other important people metrics.
* Monitors the Change Request process ensuring it runs smoothly and supports HR Director(s) in making improvements to ensure efficient running of the process itself
* Work supportively and collaboratively with other teams, particularly Technology and Finance teams
* To be alert to Conduct Risk issues, specifically the risk of harm to client interests, market integrity and/or competition in financial markets due to inappropriate practices or behaviours across the firm



Skills / experience required:

* Experience of HR process design, implementation, and process improvement knowledge all within a changing environment
* Experience of running People Analytics projects and working with data scientists
* Experience working with Big Data related or exposure to Workday
* Ability to influence and negotiate
* Experience of working with international teams to deliver against a changing agenda
* Performed a key functional role on HR Transformation Projects
* Good understanding of operational HR policies & procedures
* Experience of leading and embedding change in large organizations
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills
