Your new role
As the Interim HR Operations Manager, you will manage the small HR team of 3 people as well as being responsible for the full generalist remit, providing support to the HR Director in an operational capacity. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders on recruitment and L&D. You will lead on ER cases, conducting meetings and investigations on complex cases as well as advising managers on how to manage low risk ER issues. You will also be responsible for reviewing and signing off on payroll..
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified or equivalent with experience of working within a partnership where you have had partners within your client group. Consulting or other professional services business would also be an advantage. You will have proven experience of managing a team as well of working in a generalist remit where you will have managed complex ER cases. It is essential that you have previous experience of checking and signing off payroll. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and commit to the duration of the maternity cover contract.
