Your new role
The Organisational Development Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of the organisation development strategy, aimed at creating the talent to deliver business objectives and creating a values orientated culture. The OD Manager will lead and develop a small team, focused on developing and delivering initiatives that attract, motivate and retain people in the organisation. The post holder will create and deliver management development and leadership programmes and drive organisational change management projects. Additionally the role will develop and champion the apprenticeship programme.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will be an established Organisational Development Manager who has worked in large multi-sited businesses with a diverse workforce. The client will also consider applications from L&D Managers or HR professionals with strong organisational development experience. You will be able to evidence success in developing OD initiatives that drive performance, enable change and deliver RTI. You will be a strong people manager, will be strategically and solutions focused, and be able to influence senior stakeholders.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £35,000 to £45,000 plus benefits. This a full time role that offers flexible working including occasional work from home days.
