Your new role
As Interim Global OD and Talent Manager, you will be responsible for managing people and organisation related challenges, proactively identifying opportunities to support the achievement of business objectives. You will be influential in driving people and organisation talent and change programmes with the aim of creating successful and sustainable organisational change. Initiatives will include, but not be limited to, HR impact assessment and communication and engagement plans, talent reviews and talent development initiatives, performance improvement initiatives, employee insights and engagement, behaviour change. The role requires strong collaboration and connectivity with the wider HR team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will developed your OD and Talent career within a FTSE or similar business where you will be able to demonstrate how you have managed highly successful OD initiatives. You will be able to demonstrate your knowledge and experience of contemporary OD practices as well as Talent and Performance Management including performance management practices, identifying critical behaviours, talent reviews, calibration, development, and succession. With consultative approach you will be quick to influence and engage at a senior level. You will also be able to demonstrate excellent programme management and organisational skills. It is essential that you can start a new role immediately/ on short notice and commit to the duration of the contract. For the right person this could become a permanent role.
