You will play a vital role in the delivery of the firms complex compensation plans, making sure the team are compliant with Regulatory Reward requirements. You will play a pivotal role in the efficient running of the year-end cycle and you will deliver compelling metrics and reports on HR topics for senior leaders. Partnering with the Deferred Compensation Specialist you will gain experience in and support on the administration of the businesses complex long-term incentive schemes.
Our client is looking for an ambitious individual who has supported on at least one full compensation cycle with advanced Excel skills. In addition, you will have a passion for delivering data and metrics and strong data presentation skills. Project management expertise would also support you in this role.
