Training Manager

6 month Training Manager role for a Transport organisation in South London. Paying £250-£280 per day.

Your new company
You will be working as Training Manager, on a 6 month interim basis, for a Transport organisation in South London. The role is full time and will start ASAP, so please only apply if you are on 1 week's notice or less.
Pay rates for the role are £250 per day via PAYE or £280 per day via Umbrella Company.

Your new role
Key duties include; Acting as a subject matter expert for developing the training requirements for the organisation's maintenance business (with approximately 80 employees), ensuring that the required training is undertaken and competency assessments are planned, acting as a main point of contact for all Apprentices throughout their placements and focus on the talent development and management of the Apprentice and Graduate programmes.
You will also be responsible for the development of the annual business training and learning plans for the maintenance teams, be accountable for managing the £100k per annum training budget for the maintenance functions and also be responsible for ensuring that the quality of training, mentoring and assessment activities are maintained at all times in accordance with the organisation's Verification plan.

What you'll need to succeed
It is essential that candidates have experience in delivering training, ideally to Maintenance teams/professionals, and are available on 1 week's notice or less.

What you'll get in return
You will work autonomously to deliver essential training across the organisation. You will be paid weekly and the role may be extended beyond the 6 month stage.
