Payroll Administrator - £35K-£40k + Bonus & Benefits - West End The UK's leading HR Recruitment Consultancy seek an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their Finance Team and head up their payroll offering. Reporting into the Finance Director you will be the subject matter expert for all payroll queries and look to run, drive and own this payroll offering outright along with Accounting responsibilities. This role will include: Temporary 2 Week Payroll:Check that the necessary documents are held to ensure the temp is compliantCollate temps timesheets from In Time and RPO websitesUse Sage 50 payroll for processing hours workedCheck auto enrolment pension calculationsCalculate pension deferment datesUpload net pay values to the banking system, issue payslips and P45sRespond to queries from temps on pay related matters Company Monthly Payroll:Collate salary changes throughout the month and commissions and bonuses payableCollate staff expense forms for processing on Sage 50 payrollCalculate leavers and starters pay and update the salary control spreadsheetEnter data onto Sage 50 payroll, and reconcile to control spreadsheetUpload to the banking systemIssue payslips and P45s and deal with queriesIssue salary sacrifice lettersFPS/year end submissionsCo-ordinate staff private health insurance mattersLiaise with childcare voucher providersP11d preparation and submission In addition to the above skill set and experience you will need:Strong communication skill set internal and externalto take ownership of this payroll offering: Run, drive and ownHigh levels of attention to detailSage Payroll and Line 50 experienceStrong Excel (V Look Ups & Pivot Tables)The ability to look at something and know when it's not rightAbility to push back and make your caseTeam player If you are looking for a role you can really own and drive - APPLY NOW !
