Recruitment Coordinator Central London Trading Firm 12 month assignment £140 per day + holiday I am currently recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator within a Global Trading Firm based in Central London. The role is providing coordination and process support to the international recruiting team in delivering exceptional talent for hiring needs across the business within Europe, India and Asia. Responsibilities: The coordination of complex interview scheduling across multiple locations and time zonesDatabase management to ensure all candidate information is entered correctlyManagement of the Applicant Tracking System (Workday)Assist with managing the administrative aspect of the recruitment process including requests for job applications, responding to applicants, pre-screening applicants, arranging interview schedules, preparing and sending applicants invitations for interviews appointments and regret lettersProvide additional administration support, such as filing and scanning documents Requirements:Flexibility to work on a rotating shirt to support the Asia hiring / interview scheduling (8am - 5pm, 8:30am - 5:30pm or 9am - 6pm)Experience within an inhouse recruitment functionExperience using MS Outlook for Scheduling interviews / meetingsHighly organized with an exceptional eye for detailAbility to build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externallyExperience with Workday is desirable
