LMS Administrator - L&D Analyst
Mid-Sussex
18 Month FTC
C £35,000

Badenoch + Clark have partnered exclusively with a leading name in the Mid-Sussex to recruit a new LMS Administrator. Sitting as part of the HR / Learning team, this new role will be responsible for administration and development of the Learning Management System.
Initially on an 18 Month FTC, there is some scope for longevity with this role!

Responsibilities include:
Management and administration of LMS
Audit into quality of information, usage and relevance of e-learning
Production of MI on response rates
Troubleshoot and resolve LMS Issues

To be suitable, you'll be comfortable managing HR Systems, ideally with specific LMS exposure and experience managing workflows around training processes. You will needed a focused, methodical and analytical mindset and be comfortable converting raw data into usable commercial information.
