Interim HR Business Partner

A 12 month HRBP role in Weybridge pays up to £310 per day (ltd) in a global organisation supporting Eu region.

Your new company
A Global consumer organisation based in Weybridge. Due to growing client groups, an HRBP is required for an initial period of 12 months.

Your new role
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for supporting Sales and Marketing client groups for the European region. As part of a small business partnering team, you will lead your business groups in all complex employee relations, engagement initiatives and daily HR strategy. You will be experienced in TUPE, restructure, disciplinary and grievance through to decision. You will liaise with all key stakeholders, utilising strong relationship building skills to ensure that cross cultural barriers are overcome to foster a positive working environment.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have strong previous experience in a business partnering role, with great autonomy and an outgoing personality. You will be confident in pushing back and developing the HR capabilities of your line manager group. Experience in a Japanese organisation or similar is beneficial, though not compulsory.
