Total Rewards Analyst
It will be largely operational, with responsibilities including benchmarking, management of the employee benefits platform, and general responsibilities with the ongoing development of the implementation of an effective Reward structure. This role will also give the opportunity to support and lead on Adhoc Reward projects, across Compensation and Benefits.
The ideal individual will have;
- Strong Stakeholder Mangement skills
- Previous experience of designing and implementing reward and benefit programmes.
- High attention to detail, combined with the ability to work at pace and adapt to an ever changing environments.
