Payroll & Benefits Specialist £45k to £48k + Bonus & Benefits - City London A leading Finance Brokers based in the City seek and experienced Payroll & Benefits Specialist to come in and head up their Payroll & Benefits Administration offering. Reporting into the Head of Reward you will be the subject matter expert for 2 monthly payrolls along with all benefits administration. The role:To be the subject matter expert for the UK and small US payrollTo be the subject matter expert for all benefits administrationWork alongside the Head of Reward in relation to benefits renewals and negotiationsVendor management on a weekly/monthly basisEscalate Vendor issues when neededPensions experienceClose liaison with HR, Reward and FinanceSome systems implementation experience (an advantage)P11D's Other:Must have strong payroll experienceIdeally come from a Financial/Professional Services backgroundStrong benefits & Pensions experienceGood level of Excel - V Look Ups/Pivot TablesConfident communicator internal and externalHigh levels of attention to detailSomeone looking long-termTeam player
