HR Administrator - 3/6 Month temporary

POSSIBLE FLEXIBLE WORKING

I am working with a leading professional services organisation in the Gatwick Diamond to recruit a new HR Administrator. Working as part of a close-knit HR Team during a period of change and growth, this is a full generalist transactional role. Whilst this is a full time role, there is scope for a 4 day week, or 5 shorter days. Initially on a 3-6 Month basis, responsibilities include:
Production of contracts, changes to terms and conditions or other variations
Support within onboarding, interviews and new starters.
Managing administration around business leavers including redundancy and exit interview.
Coordinating HR Communication out to the business around legislation changes, holiday and people events.

Strong working knowledge of HR Best practice and people processes alongside UK Employment Law
Comfortable engaging with managers and employees alike, supporting the business with an Open-Door HR policy.
High attention for detail with strong computer skills, especially on Excel are also key.

Due to the short term nature of this role, you will need to be comfortable working under you own direction within an HR environment. You will also be immediately available or available imminently.
