Head of Talent
Fyte are delighted to be representing this well known, growing brand to recruit this brand new role. As Head of Talent you will report to the People Director and be part of a high performing senior leadership team Your role will be responsible for implementing and delivering a robust and sustainable Talent and Inclusion agenda and raising the capability of the Talent team during a period of exciting growth and change.
As the new Head of Talent you will work at both a strategic and operational level, providing though leadership on talent acquisition, employer branding, diversity and inclusion, talent mapping, succession planning and broader L&D strategy. The overall aim of the Talent function is to support the delivery of a high-performance culture and the greatest level of commercial benefit and people engagement. Within this role you will also be leading and motivating a team of 3 to 4 direct reports.
What you'll need to succeed:
As the new Head of Talent, you must be able to demonstrate experience of the following:
- Working at Head of Talent level
- Implementing and delivering on a Talent and Inclusion agenda
- Motivating and leading a team
What you'll get in return:
