Are you looking to develop your HRIS and reporting skills? Our client is a global professional services firm based in the City. They are a highly commercial business who solve complex issues across a range of niche industries.

Yu will keep the firm's HR systems up to date and support with a number of systems projects, and support users with day to day issues. You will run a variety of regular and ad-hoc reports, enabling the firm to make decisions based on accurate data. You will support the HR team with administering employee benefits and answering employee queries, ensuring that staff are getting the most out of their benefits package.

Your experience of overseeing an HR system will be heavily relied upon, as will your experience of manipulating data in Excel using pivot tables and vlookups. This is a systems-focussed position but you will be business-facing, so good customer service skills are key. Previous experience of administering employee benefits, or any generalist HR experience, will also help you make the role a success. The firm have a commercial and traditional culture, and you will need to be able to produce work to a high standard.

I specialise in placing HR Systems and HR Analytics professionals. My client are keen to recruit quickly for this role and I will be able to arrange rapid introductions for suitable candidates.
