Global Mobility Manager

This is a nine-month maternity cover contract, and will be a fantastic opportunity to develop your in-house Global Mobility experience.

You will be the sole person looking after all of the firm's moves globally, and will be responsible for operational delivery of the mobility and immigration programs. You will oversee end-to-end assignee management for around 50 moves a year, primarily to/from the USA and Asia. You'll work closely with external partners, including relocation, reward and immigration providers.

Experience of US immigration processes is essential, as most of the firm's moves are from the USA. The firm is truly global so other immigration experience will enable you to hit the ground running. Having managed a high volume of global mobility assignments and immigration cases end-to-end, you will be relied upon as the sole mobility expert in the business. You will bring an in-depth understanding of international payroll, tax, reward and onboarding processes.

The firm's culture is commercial and high-performance, but relaxed and supportive. They do not have a long hours culture, and you will work closely with your line manager to gain exposure across the HR function.
