Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a leading company in their search for a HR Manager. This is a permanent opportunity based in Gainsborough with a salary between £40-48k

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the operational day-to-day HR and training activity the function provides across the business and also support with strategic HR activities.


Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·Leading the team to ensure recruitment needs are met by appropriate planning, sourcing, interviewing and on-boarding to meet operational demands timely.
·Ensure HR policies and procedures are reviewed on a rolling programme with appropriate changes consulted.
·Provide expert advice and support through the employee relations cycle.
·Coach managers as appropriate to support them in managing their people to deliver the requirements of their role.

We are looking for:

·CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
·Previous HR experience gained working in an Engineering/Manufacturing environment.
·Experience managing training and development programmes.
·Union or Employee representative negotiation.
