An exciting new L&D Advisor role has arisen, working for a global Financial Services organisation based in stunning new Central London offices. In this role, you'll be working in a standalone position.
Your new role
In your new L&D Advisor role, you will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering an outstanding training and development programme for colleagues across the business. You'll execute Training Needs Analysis, design training in line with business needs and skill shortages, and will continuously research and propose innovative methods of training delivery. Furthermore, you'll be responsible for coordinating training sessions, materials, logistics and assess training outcomes. Additionally, you'll arrange trainers to deliver sessions, support the management and development of graduate cohorts and manage ongoing L&D reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new L&D Advisor position, you will have developed a strong understanding of the learning function and will have worked in an L&D Officer/Advisor position, preferably in Financial Services.
What you'll get in return
In return, you'll receive a competitive £35,000-£40,000 salary, a high level of autonomy working in a standalone position and will work in new Central London offices.
