We're currently working with a financial services firm that have a fast paced, approachable and collaborative environment for an HR Advisor that mirrors that. The office is based near Victoria station with 400 people worldwide and 100 in London which is growing. The head office is based in New York, great international exposure.

The is a busy role and client facing, you will be coming in to work alongside the UK Head of HR. The HR team in total is around 12 over the offices.

This is a great opportunity to move into a role that has the scope to develop with 1:1 support. The Head of HR is very passionate about personable development and growth - terrific opportunity and exposure!

As the HR Advisor you would be first POC from all HR across London and will be managing relationships with senior stakeholders, requiring the ability to upwardly influence.

You will further manage the HR life cycle from recruitment, bonus management along with projects such as change.

Candidates suitable for this opportunity will:

  • Have 2-3 years of experience as an HR Advisor in a fast-paced environment
  • Be very confident with managing HR processes end to end autonomously
  • Have experience owning relationship management responsibilities with senior stakeholders and can demonstrate influencing skills
  • Be outgoing, energetic but with high attention to detail and takes pride in their work
