Learning and Development Manager, London, Luxury Retail.

Our client, a global organisation, is looking for a Learning Manager to join their enthusiastic learning team in London.

The role will cover Learning Design, Implementation and Faciliation. They're looking for someone passionate about L&D to join their busy function.

The role will cover Digital Learning Design support, facilitation of some great programmes and running regular on-boarding sessions including training.

They are looking for:

* Proven experience of L&D design and facilitation.
* An upbeat and energetic personality and a demonstrable passion for Learning.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a Learning role.
