Role: Head of HR Industry: Media Location: Central London Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 My client are a global Media B2B organisation who are looking for an experienced Head of HR to join them in London to support on a global basis across the UK, US and Asia. You will have experience supporting across these regions, particularly the US ideally and within a small to medium size business. You will have experience in a full HR Generalist role and be able to work in both a strategic and operational capacity. Your experience will cover recruitment, employee relations, reward, HR policy development and change management. You will lead on:Providing strategic advice to senior leadership and management on the implementation of new HR policies and procedures in order to meet the business needsLead on the implementation of new initiatives to increase and improve employee engagementDesign and implement the Global HR strategy alongside business leadersAdvise the UK, US and Asia offices on local employment law, compliance and correct HR practicesLead on the delivery of the Group's benefits reviewProvide advice to Managers in relation to best practice, employee relation issues, policies and legal issues There will be occasional travel requirement so flexibility is needed. You will also be strongly proficient in MS Office.
