HR Generalist - City - £50 - 70K

 

We have an amazing opportunity to support in a very inclusive and friendly finance house based in London

The role is ideally suited to an HR Generalist who is really happy to take ownership, be a right hand support and have a natural versatility and superb interpersonal skills.

You will work with and report to an HR Manager and duties will encompass handling payroll, general admin duties and of course, all the usual HR generalist tasks expected in a company of around 50 staff in a full cycle role.

This is an exciting proposition and we are looking for a straightforward, honest individual who is passionate about HR and best practice. You ideally should have experience of comps and bens and performance carry.

If you are presently working within private equity or asset management/hedge funds…you will be well suited to this role and enjoy a myriad of tasks expected in HR.

It is key that you possess a really can-do attitude and are not afraid to equally handle high level work or turn your hand to an administrative tasks at the drop of a hat.

This is a great opportunity to provide support to your HR Manager and develop and execute key HR initiatives for the business.

This role offers the chance to take absolute ownership of various projects and work closely providing HR guidance for the business.

Hours: 9am - 6pm with complete flexibility as expected.

You:

  • Full cycle HR Generalist
  • Essential to have strong Finanical Services Background.
  • General understanding of Private Equity sector desirable
  • Able to communicate at all levels including senior stakeholders
  • Previous experience working with performance carry
  • Committed and flexible approach to work
  • Quick learner with the ability to learn about our business and our relevant policies and procedures
  • Highly motivated individual, who has the ability to multi-task
