Your new role
Your new role as HR Administrator will be to provide full HR support in the HR Shared Service/Administration and Recruitment teams, (Supporting the HR Advisor, HR Business Partners, Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Advisor AND wider business contacts) - for a 6 month FTC. You will assist in the recruitment and employee lifecycle, and related administration duties - from maintaining accurate employee HR records, administering and reviewing the absence/ holidays/ sickness records, be the first point of contact for general HR queries and maintain, produce and deliver weekly and monthly KPI information. You may also be involved in the administration support of HR Projects that are currently happening within the organisation. What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you must have recent experience working as a HR Administrator/Assistant. You will also be available immediately for a 6 month FTC. Strong excel skills would also be an advantage.
