Fantastic opportunity for a HR Officer to join a national logistics distribution and supply chain organisation based in Greenford.

Client Details

A well renowned national organisation and leaders in logistics and distribution looking for a HR Officer to join their team.

Description

  • Oversee the recruitment process of the business
  • Support with the payroll process
  • First point of contact for HR queries
  • Provide HR support and guidance to managers & employees
  • Manage any employee relation cases
  • Deal with disciplinaries & grievances
  • On-boarding process and new starters
  • Contract queries

Profile

  • Ability to work in a stand alone role
  • Exposure in a HR advisory/officer role
  • CIPD qualified an advantage
  • Exposure in the logistics industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite
