A highly reputable Private Equity Company is looking for an interim HR Generalist to work in this inclusive, friendly and entrepreneurial environment. You will be reporting to the HR Manager and be responsible for the full spectrum of the employee life cycle. They are looking for a team player, who is happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved with both high level HR work and the more administrative tasks.

Accountabilities include:

  • Advising, coaching and mentoring the business on HR policies and processes
  • Assisting the HR Manager in developing and executing key HR initiatives and process improvements
  • Providing support on the employee lifecycle such as salary reviews, talent reviews, performance and ER
  • Responsibility for payroll and dealing with associated payroll and benefit queries
  • Responsibility for the day to day HR administration
  • Ad hoc tasks and projects.

Skills & Experience

  • Must have gained the above HR generalist experience within Financial Services, Private Equity experience will be a distinct advantage
  • Strong UK employment law knowledge
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and achieve results
  • A motivated self-starter with the ability to adapt to different business needs and having the mindset of continuous improvement.
  • Must be a team player, happy to roll up your sleeves and help out where need be
  • Solution orientated, able to work under your own initiative and think creatively
