HR Assistant - St Albans - £25-27,000 plus benefits

Our client is a commercial organisation that is growing. They have a newly created role for a HR Assistant (with a significant focus on recruitment) to join the team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the HR Manager your role will be responsible for:-

- Co-ordinate the recruitment processes
- Manage administration of candidate tests
- Keep all recruitment records up-to-date
- Review cv's
- Attend recruitment meetings
- Update job descriptions and other recruitment related documents
- Assist in reviewing recruitment processes
- Assist with inductions

You will need the following experience:-

- Outstanding organisation skills
- Some experience of HR/Recruitment
- Strong communication skills
- Strong numerical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
