A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an interim HRBP at this forward thinking and influential international organisation. They are also looking at this role on a FTC basis. Working with their international offices, you will be supporting the delivery of their people and HR strategy, ensuring this in aligned with their business objectives. This is a strategic and international role where you will play a key part in shaping the business.



Accountabilities include:


  • Providing analysis and insights in each business area to underpin future strategy, development around people, change and the organisation
  • Managing the alignment of the strategic priorities and the HR Global strategy
  • Working with the HR Centres of Expertise, providing coaching and support for people development
  • Assisting with the development of the HR strategy, ensuring a consistent approach to leadership and development
  • Contributing to the development of the strategic workforce plan
  • Working with the key stakeholders to translate and implement the corporate people strategies in key areas of talent, reward, resourcing, engagement, organisation development and diversity
  • Contributing to the development of a high performing HR team


Skills & Experience


  • Proven track record of HR business partnering in a large professional and commercial organisation
  • Must have experience of working with international offices
  • Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinker, excellent problem solving skills and the ability to influence different business areas and management levels
  • Experience of developing talent and succession plans
  • Demonstrate in depth knowledge of HR trends and practices
