Graduate Recruitment Advisor

A leading global law firm based in The City is recruiting for Graduate Recruitment Advisor for a 12-month FTC. Key responsibilities of the Graduate Recruitment Advisor will include:

Assisting manager with overseeing screening of applications for training contracts, vacation schemes, open days and campus ambassadors

Assisting with key diversity initiatives

Supporting the Manager by facilitating assessment days, briefing candidates and interviewers and assisting with, and running 'wash-up' meetings with partners in order to agree interview decisions

Conducting situational judgement interviews and assessing group exercises

Invigilating and marking critical thinking tests and acting as a link with the test providers for candidates requiring adjustments

Providing constructive and developmental feedback to candidates after assessment days via telephone. Also overseeing and advising administrator who assists in some instances

Organising and supporting the Manager in delivering successful vacation schemes and acting as key point of contact for participants, partners and lawyer supervisors as well as training 'buddies'

Overseeing the process for sourcing appropriate vacation scheme 'seats' within the working groups

Overseeing the on-boarding process for vacation scheme in collaboration with colleagues

Attending vacation scheme events

Overseeing gathering of feedback from vacation scheme supervisors and ensuring it is collated and circulated accurately to interviewing partners and the recruitment partners and line managers

Organising post-offer lunches and events for training contract offers

Assisting with and helping to run assessment days

Assisting with management and of workload for Graduate Recruitment Coordinator

As the Graduate Recruitment Advisor, you will possess:

Commerciality with a focus on delivering services which benefit the business

Proven track record of taking responsibility and delivering to deadlines

Previous professional services experience in a similar type role
