This public sector body are well regarded and keen to hire a Recruitment Resourcer to help support the growth of the team.
Your new role
You will proactively contribute to the effective generation of leads, sale and delivery of recruitment services alongside many interesting projects within the recruitment team. You will take a lead role in coordinating resourcing/recruitment activities, including candidate talent attraction and screening and coordinating placing the best candidate for each job, for the Senior market. You will do this by obtaining all necessary information about the brief, interrogating the company's database and other information sources in order to identify and deploy suitable, available candidates or teams to undertake the work. You will also coordinate all pre-employment checks as well as coordinating various events and networking opportunities for your market.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience within a recruitment related job role is essential, either from an agency or internal recruitment position. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential as well as a proactive approach to work.
