The Opportunity

A leading design and consultancy firm based in London are currently recruiting a permanent Early Careers Recruitment Manager. This is a large global organisation. The successful candidate will manage and deliver all recruitment activity for an intake of around 100 graduates a year.


The Detail

*Build employment brand at targeted educational institutes (universities, colleges and schools etc.) by engaging with students, faculty and career service centres and serve as a trusted partner. This will include recruitment fairs, presentations, focused events, on-campus events, alumni links, with third party supplier.
*Coordinate and implement attraction and selections activities.
*Ensure efficient administration for business executive engagements, campus visits, career fairs and selection activities such as screening, interviews, selection days, offers etc. through Taleo.
*Track market information and competitor intelligence on the early career talent market in terms of recruitment trends, compensation and talent attraction/ selection best practices.
*Strengthen recruiting practices by effectively collaborating with key stakeholders across the business and third-party vendors
*Manage budget for the Emerging Talent Recruitment Function
*Maximise networking opportunities with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and other parties as appropriate, sponsoring events and attending networking events
*Manage and deliver all recruitment activity for Graduates, Day Release, Trainee, Year Out, Summer Placements and Apprentice positions including expert use of the e-recruitment system
*Work with the Learning & Development to maximise the value of the Work Experience Programme as a source of talent into the business
*Develop, market and facilitate all graduate assessment day activity including maintaining an optimal number of trained and competent assessors
*Facilitate aspects of the work experience programme
