Oakleaf are working with a Big 4 Consultancy for looking for a Senior Manager in the Equity Reward space.Base in East London this is a permanent positions, looking for team players and proactive individuals.

Successful candidates will be a Reward/ Share Plan Specialist who:

- has a good understanding of the UK tax and legal issues that may arise in relation to long term and equity based incentive arrangements

- has experience of drafting legal documentation, employee communications and technical advice

- demonstrates excellent organisational skills and ability to work under their own initiative

- is either working in professional services with a reputation for delivering high quality technical advice in this space; or

- working in industry but able to demonstrate the ability to deliver in a professional services environment when tested
