Ashley Kate are recruiting for a Recruitment Client Partner to join an exciting business, based in their Newbury office.
As Recruitment Client Partner you will be managing multiple long standing existing clients. Your role will be office based however will involve attending on-site briefings and meetings with the Hiring Managers in your business area. You will be expected to not only deal with recruitment but also build and manage relationships with clients, alongside understanding difficulties with pipelines and time frames to make sure the client requirements are met.
You will need to able to take the bigger picture into consideration with this role and have a commercial focus, growing and adapting as the client requirements change and ensuring you pipeline new business opportunities.
No two days will be the same working for this company. This role is extremely fast paced and would require someone to have the experience of dealing with multiple tasks simultaneously. This is also a purely Client facing role and not a 360 recruitment role. It would suit a candidate with project management experience and someone that has managed budgets.
·Extensive agency, RPO or In-house recruitment experience
·Proven experience in delivering against tight SLAs
·Proven experience in meeting recruitment targets
·At least 18 months recruitment experience
·Worked within a fast paced reactive environment
·Ideally experience working in apprenticeship and graduate recruitment
