Job Title: Account Manager (RPO)
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000
Location: Near Newbury, Berkshire

Role Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a portfolio of Clients of c£2-3mil value and successful delivery of their campaigns
• delivering profitable growth from your Client portfolio
• Manage all aspects of Client service, pricing and commercial delivery
• Responsible for account development, reporting to the Resourcing Services Director
• Responsible for a team of Client Partners and act as point of escalation for any queries or issues
• Track and report on utilisation, margin and commercial performance
• Manage invoicing
• Budget management
• Responsible for retention of client contracts and development of accounts
• Manage a team of approx 9 - 12 - overseeing pipeline development, reports and analysis ensuring performance is on track
• Project management - agreeing key deliverable with clients and understanding scope of work and its value
• Creating project plans
• Manage SLA's and KPI's

Requirements:

• Experience as a Resourcing Manager or Account Manager
• Hands-on recruitment experience plus recent Account management experience
• Experience of designing and implementing recruitment strategy
• Line management experience
• Experience in Apprenticeship and Graduate recruitment
• Influencing and negotiation techniques
• Budget management
