Your new role
As a Recruitment Manager you will lead the next phase of the organisations transformation. You will lead a team of two and will be responsible for the strategy and delivery of all recruitment.

  • Deliver a premium recruitment service against agreed KPIs and build upon the excellent results achieved in the last year.
  • Take personal responsibility for the sourcing and hiring. You will undertake market mapping activity to identify key talent. You will create talent pipelines in accordance with the workforce plans and implement engagement campaigns.
  • Work closely with Team and Group Leaders and HR Business Partners to undertake workforce planning to identify core future needs.
  • Develop our assessment process. You will ensure we operate a fair, consistent and accurate assessment process ensuring we only bring on-board the very best talent.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop our employer brand. You will create bespoke collateral for attraction campaigns; you will support the re-design of the careers website; and fully integrate the ATS job board with defined imagery, messaging and media.
  • You will line manage, support and develop a team of two, including a Recruitment Specialist and Recruitment Co-ordinator.


What you'll need to succeed

  • A proven track record within the recruitment industry, ideally from both in-house and agency. It is beneficial to have prior experience from a professional services environment
  • It is essential you have experience gained within candidate driven, experienced hire markets.
  • Experience of graduate recruitment is also vital.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with senior decision makers. You will understand when to prioritise this over delivery.
  • Experience of designing effective and innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Prior line management experience with the ability to drive performance.
