Deputy Director of HR
We have a unique opportunity for a Deputy Director of HR to shape & lead an HR service and make your mark.
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Director of HR to support a HRD with a broad ranging role
You will be overseeing specialist HR teams including, HR services, Resourcing, Workforce Information, Employer Relations and OD/Training.
Your focus will be delivering effective HR services, shaping the function, seeking process improvement and modernisation during a time of significant change.
- Were seeking an experienced and credible HR professional who has a background of leading HR teams and driving performance improvement / modernisation.
- You will be confident, credible and able to lead HR teams and work with senior leadership and business partners.
- You will have experience of leading large HR teams in complex environments with successful transformation agendas.
- Chartered / Fellow MCIPD
- Background of leading HR Services, Resourcing, Employer Relations Workforce Information Systems/reporting & OD / Training
