Working for a very successful and expanding Client, as Learning and Development Manager you will support the business in the development of its Learning, Training and Management capability.You will create and deliver learning programmes that are fully aligned with the broader organisational business strategy. In addition to designing and delivering internal programmes the role will have responsibility for sourcing and managing external provider relationships and will have previous experience of the management of externally accredited programmes.

The successful candidate will possess substantial experience in developing high quality blended programmes ranging from induction to managerial. Your natural style will be highly engaging, priding yourself in developing strong meaningful internal relationships. Your further experience will incorporate:

Previously demonstrated ability to work effectively with a multi-site client group and have simultaneously managed diverse projects and programmes.
Demonstrable track record of delivering results in the areas of development, talent and succession planning.

Proven track record of delivering high quality management development programmes Learning and Development consultancy/management experience within a customer-centric business.
