HR Business Partner - Based Slough- Salary £50,000 to £55,000 + Benefits

Your new role
This HRBP role requires the flexibility to move between operational and strategic focus. You'll be dealing with a global population and supporting the HR Director to achieve HR and Development objectives . With a pragmatic approach you'll assist the business in leading,training, developing and empowering employees.
You'll translate business strategies and targets into People actions and provide support, guidance and partnership on HR business approached.
There will also be a focus on working in partnership with each business function to achieve change initiatives.
On a day to day basis you'll provide advice and guidance to Managers on the full employee lifecycle and manage transactional processes .

What you'll need to succeed
You'll hold a graduate level qualification and have experience of working in an international, matrix organisation at mid to senior level.
