We have an opportunity for a HR Officer to join a nice and busy HR team providing an HR Generalist service
Were seeking an HR Officer / HR Generalist to join a not for profit organisation on a 1 year maternity contract starting in September/October. Reporting to the HR Manager you will be supporting a business with a full HR generalist HR Service.
This post offers an exciting opportunity for those wanting a career in human resources, to further develop skills through involvement in all aspects of HR including recruitment, induction, organisational & service changes, staff forum, training, policies, monitoring systems and administration.
Candidates should have HR advisory level experiences, be able to work on their own initiative and be an active team player. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential to provide a comprehensive generalist HR support service.
You should be well organised, confident in knowledge of employment law, providing HR guidance to managers and staff and be confident using different IT packages. Your willingness to be flexible and adaptable is key and will ensure this is a rewarding and challenging position.
Level 3 CIPD minimum / level 5 desirable
HR Generalist experiences - recruitment, training, HR Advisory, Policy, ideally TUPE/change experiences but not essential
This is a fixed term contract starting in September / October and will be a great opportunity for a varied and friendly team
