Provides excellent business partnering skills to deliver strong organisational capability and performance within specific functions of the business. Manages and develops the People Advisor.

A leading, established FMCG firm based in London.

Description

  • Think strategically and work operationally to execute People Plans

  • Develop and then deliver the People plan for the business functions that you partner

  • Work with your Directors and Heads of to deliver excellent business performance, including an engaged and inclusive culture

  • Work with your Directors to manage people costs effectively and within budget

  • Manage any employee relations issues according to Company policy

  • Understand capability gaps and develop training or recruitment plans to ensure that your functions have the right skills.

  • Coach and develop managers to ensure excellent people management capability, including performance management and developing a strong culture of learning

  • Develop the People Advisor

  • Ensure that all working practices comply with Health and Safety legislation

Profile

Essential:

  • Experience of business partnering, including leading change and general project management

  • Experience in both generalist and specialist HR skill-sets

Desirable

  • Experience working in more than one business sector

  • Experience of partnering teams that this role will partner

  • Strong knowledge across Human Resources disciplines and their application
