Your new company
Forward thinking organisation based on the outskirts of Cambridge are seeking an experienced Early Careers Programme & Projects Manager to lead the Talent Acquisition Teams across the Globe in the delivery of projects and strategies in relation to their graduate and internship programmes.

Your new role
Exciting newly created opportunity based in Cambridge with the opportunity to work remotely 2-3 days per week for the right candidate. In this role you will support the Global teams with the programme management of delivering of key strategies, Employer Brand, hiring processes in-house and with target Universities. You will work in partnership with the Marketing Teams and Talent Acquisition Teams to build and execute strategies and hiring goals across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of working within an matrix organisation, along with Early Careers Programme management, including but not limited to creating strategies within brand management, campus hiring, early careers life-cycle and talent acquisition. You will have excellent communication skills, strong influencing capabilities and the ability to build positive collaborative relationships with peers, senior management and key stakeholders internally and externally.
It is advantageous to have a broad understanding of University processes across the Globe.
This role is suitable for those with Programme management experience and not those with an operational management background as this is a stand-alone role.
