Working for a global market leader this new role as HR Shared Service Centre Manager offers the opportunity to really make your mark!
Based in impressive offices in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire you will be responsible for aligning the provision of HR administration and support across the organisation – creating a centre of excellence. Autonomy to make decisions and to implement change and improvements is within the remit of the role.
As HR Shared Service Centre Manager, you will have the ability to lead and motivate a team and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
You must be able to demonstrate your passion for driving change for improvement.
Attention to detail is key as is the ability to influence and build both relationships and your credibility across the business.
