Your new role
Supporting the Finance function as a Junior Business Partner. HR generalist duties including ER as well as pay reviews, performance calibrations and supporting the FD on their people agenda.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a junior business partner with c2-3 years partnering experience. Preferably from a Financial Services background. You will have gained your experience in a large complex organisation supporting a large population.
