Occupational Health Administrator

Job Type: Part Time permanent
Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit an occupational health administrator on a part time permanent basis working 3 days a week on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday for a health care provider on a high profile contract based in Swansea, South Wales. Working within the Occupational Health team you will provide high quality, customer focussed clerical, typing and general administrative assistance to the service in line with contract KPIs. To deliver and maintain the highest standards of healthcare administration including:-
- General administration tasks
- Answering telephone
- Email & written correspondence
- Typing reports, scanning, filing, photocopying, incoming and outgoing post, diary management and purchase order requests
- Dealing with client enquiries, ensuring standards are followed at all times, feedback surveys
- Meeting clinical governance standards by adhering to principles of confidentiality, access to medical records and preventing data breech
To apply you will have previous administration experience
Able to work 3 days a week 9.30 - 17.30 - Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Salary: £20K pro rata  + Holiday + pension
