Reporting into the HR Director working as part of a HR team delivering an efficient, professional HR service across the business for approx 200 employees at the Grimsby site.
- Absence Management
- Coaching, guiding upskilling management
- HR compliance and onboarding
- Management Development
- Update, review and embed HR policies and procedures
- HRMI & spreadsheets
- Oversee outsourced payroll
- HR projects
- Have previously worked as a Senior HR Advisor/HR Business Partner
- Have previously worked in a professional envionment with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships
- Have an analytical background dealing with HR data
- Have previously worked in a value add HR enviroment
- Have some knowledge of outsourced payroll and calculations
- Salary £37,000 - £47,000k per annum
- Grimsby site based
- Full time role
- 25 days plus bank holidays
