A Newly created HR Advisor job near Basingstoke, pays up to £35K pa supporting an operational workforce.
Your new company
A globally recognised brand responsible for enabling nations through their products. Due to growth, an HR Advisor is required to support the local workforce.
Your new role
Reporting into the local HR Manager, you will provide an exceptional service to the wider workforce, ensuring that you are mobile, visible and recognised throughout. You will work with managers and employees to support getting the best out of teams in line with the brand values, balancing this week workforce feedback.
Other responsibilities would include; supporting managers in the implementation and application of HR procedures, developing a close working relationship with managers, supporting them through coaching and advice, dealing with complex queries on the application of policy / pay procedures, working with Union reps and leading the recruitment process for roles within your areas of accountability.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a confident, outgoing and energetic person with the ability to adjust your approach for a varied workforce. You will have previous experience of leading on moderately complex employee relations issues and will be a confident communicator regarding business change.
