Job Details
We're working with a leading Retail organisation based in Somerset who are looking to hire an experienced HR/ER Advisor on a 9month basis to cover a secondment. With over 10,000 employees across the UK, this will be an exciting and challenging opportunity.
Answering helpline calls, it's fair to say no two days will be the same, you could be advising on HR policies through to dealing with appeals and grievances. The managers are experienced to deal with most escalations, but you'll be there to support when really needed.
Person Spec
- Must be experienced in dealing with complex ER cases and must be able to demonstrate this in interview.
- Highly knowledgeable in employment law
- From a Retail or Ops Manager role, generalist HR or ideally a pure ER role.
It's a fantastic place to work with plenty of chances to develop. The role is for 9 months, but with that being said, if you go in and perform well there's a strong chance of being taken on permanently.
