Ashley Kate is proud to be supporting our client in recruiting for a Finance Manager on a full-time permanent basis in the high-end hospitality sector. About the role
Reporting into the Financial Director, you will be responsible for:

·Managing the Finance team, including 2 direct reports
·Overseeing the complete finance function of the business
·Weekly business forecasting
·Preparing and processing VAT returns
·Assisting in monthly cash flow forecast preparation
·Coordinating all financial audits
·Completing month end reconciliations and journals
·Managing and overseeing monthly payroll for the business, including hourly paid employees
·Cooperating with the sales department to maximise property revenue
·Communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

Essential requirements:
·Previous Management experience
·Payroll understanding according to HMRC requirements
·Flexible work approach
·Studying towards a finance qualification, either ACCA or CIMA
