A confident HR Business Partner to join one of the UK's largest FM providers, based in Eastleigh.

I am pleased to represent one of the largest Facilities Management (FM) providers in the UK, who boast a vast portfolio of valued clients across many sectors, including: construction, defence, financial services, retail and marine.
Your new role
This is a diverse, mobile role to replace a HR Business Partner who has been promoted within the company. You will work in the TECS Team (Technical Engineering Consulting Services), focusing on hard services projects (construction/building fabric).
Based out of their Eastleigh office, this is a mobile role covering multiple sites for clients including: QinetiQ, BT and Woking Borough Council. This position is approximately 50% office and 50% site/location based.
Working hours: 35 hours/week - 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday (1 hour lunch)
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate has to be a strong, resilient character with the confidence to build rapport with people at all levels of business, particularly managers and project leads.
You must be qualified to CIPD Level 7 in Human Resources, ideally a HR generalist with extensive experience of employee relations, TUPE, change management and succession planning.
