£55,000 - £60,000 + car
A leading B2B services business – with an unrivalled reputation – is seeking a highly capable, commercially focused Senior HR Business Partner to provide a strategic, project focused service to a diverse internal customer base.
Working across sites in the South East you will work autonomously, taking ownership of HR issues, working closely as a Business Partner to MDs and senior stakeholders across a range of Business Units. As such you will be happy to challenge, coach and encourage this internal customer base around a HR agenda.
To be considered for this role you must:
Have evidence of having managed and developed a team;
Have worked in a regional/multisite capacity;
Be operating as a HR Business Partner with a view to stepping in to the role of Senior HR Business Partner, or already working at this level;
Have been instrumental in driving projects and leading these from the front;
Hold CIPD Level 7 and be a Chartered Member.
