Recruitment Assistant / Recruitment Coordinator

Do you have exposure to an in-house recruitment administration looking to make your next move? Or maybe an agency recruiter or administrator looking to make your first steps in house? I've partnered with a leading name in the heart of Crawley to bring on a new Recruitment Assistant.

You'll be responsible for:

Scheduling interviews, booking meeting rooms and diary management.
Advertising roles and screening CVs
Working with hiring managers and stakeholders on role planning, job descriptions.
Liaising with the HR/L&D team for new starter on boarding

Ideally you'll be currently working within an in-house recruitment environment looking for your next move, or have experience within an agency environment looking to make you first steps towards an internal recruitment / talent acquisition role.
You'll be comfortable building relationships and working with a range of stakeholders, within tight deadlines and sometimes within a high pressure environment.
